Engineered Mesh Upper

Engineered mesh uppers will encase your feet in breathable comfort. The synthetic fabric is designed so it stretches where the foot needs it to (the forefoot) and as it does so, perforations open to let fresh air in on every stride. The rest of the upper remains structured and supportive. Extra ventilation means a better, healthier climate for your feet to thrive in; preventing the development of that distracting clammy feeling, and keeping you comfortable and motivated. TPU panels wrap and conform to the foot for support in every step. The FitCounter, a split, moulded heel counter, provides a natural fit; allowing for optimal movement of the Achilles while still providing support. This vital reinforcement reduces in-shoe slippage, letting you and your shoes stay as one and in balance. A roomier forefoot construction encourages natural toe splay and a more comfortable fit.

Boost Midsole

adidas take cushioning to new heights, with their ultra-responsive midsole: Boost. Tiny TPU capsules are moulded together to form a platform that is different to standard, solid foams; absorbing energy and then expelling it back out for a bounce-like effect. This energy return technology reduces the use of superfluous muscle power, diminishing fatigue and enhancing performance; keeping you going for longer. The plush, responsive cushioning will spare your joints as you sprint down onto hard, unforgiving concrete. StretchWeb Outsole

Manufactured from rubber, a StretchWeb outsole completes the Supernova. Its web-like structure cooperates with Boost to allow the shoe to stretch, for a flexible and lightweight underfoot feel.
