About the instructor 

Head Instructor Ravi holds an M.S. degree in Civil Engineering with a concentration in traffic and transportation engineering and has been affiliated with various engineering organizations during his 23-year long career in traffic engineering.

He has been training in martial arts since his early twenties and has been teaching kids and adults for more than 15 years. He's a 4th degree certified black belt instructor and is also a certified Qi Gong instructor from the New England School of Tai Chi. His passion for martial arts led to leaving his engineering position and starting the Martial Arts centers in Wellesley and Acton.

Head Instructor Ravi enjoys various athletic activities including badminton, soccer, tennis, hiking, and swimming. He also enjoys spending time with his family and friends. Head Instructor Ravi is happily married to a child psychiatrist and is a proud father of a teenage son. Both his wife and son train at the Martial Arts Center in Wellesley.
